Research interests:

I am a associate professor (tenure-track position W2-W3) at the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Regensburg.
I obtained my PhD in 2019 with Juan Velázquez at the Hausdorff Center for Mathematics in Bonn. In 2020 I have been a postdoctoral researcher at the Université de Bordeaux and 2021-2022 Leopoldina postdoc fellow at Université Paris Cité.

I am interested in the emergence of collective phenomena from interaction on small scales. My research focuses on systems of many small particles suspended in fluids and combines methods from fluid mechanics, optimal transport, homogenization and kinetic theory.
